2023 Year In Review

In 2023, we broadened our product range with several enhanced and upgraded products, including the new Pro Series line of Solar Panels. Moreover, we introduced our Powa Rewards Program, which rewards our customers on every purchase. Additionally, we launched a referral program as a part of this initiative to cater to future Newpowa customers as well. On top of that, to ensure that our customers’ orders are safe when in transit, we began offering Route Package Protection insurance and also began a Product Registration program to bolster your post-purchase experience.

On the digital front, we joined TikTok and managed to amass close to 10,000 followers within less than a year. Our engagement on TikTok has allowed us to connect more deeply with solar enthusiasts. In addition to all these developments, we also undertook significant corporate social responsibility activities, such as their collaboration and partnership with Pacific Discovery to bring mental health into the spotlight. This allowed us to make positive contributions to causes that have a major impact on communities around the world.

2024 Plans & Aspirations

VIP Tiers will be offered as a way of acknowledging your loyalty. These tiers will offer exclusive benefits and privileges designed to further reward you with every purchase. We’re also focused on constant improvement, research, and development in the area of solar solutions. Advanced CIGS, M10 solar panels and bi-facial technology are some of the exciting innovations you can look forward to in the near future.

We’re also working on enhancing your post-purchase experience by introducing product registration cards with every order, which will provide access to special offers, proof of ownership, and improved technical support. You can expect this later this year. Another upcoming feature is the solar calculation tool on our website. This will assist you in planning your solar setup, tailoring it to your energy needs and applications.
