portable 200 w solar controller app

I just purchased the portable 200 w solar set with bluetooth, or rather, my brother purchased it for me in AZ.  He is trying to get the bluetooth app up to make sure everything works and he can't find it.  I tried searching on the app store but can't find it either.  What is it called and can you send me a direct link for my phone to it?  Thank you
